Things he promised that he can probably do. Legalize prostitution and shut down Rikers Island putting more violent offenders back on the street.
So. Will voters revolt? Nope. They’re not smart enough for that. They’ll do like Chicago and vote for another jackass making the same stooopid promises.
If he does not fulfill election promises then the voters will remove him after his term ends.
I have said time and time again that I doubt his election campaign promises will survive, thats just the reality of getting elected. For example city controlled stores, not goong to happen outside of 1 or 2 as proof of concept.
That’s no guarantee. Remember, these same voters are dumb enough to believe this dipshiddery in the first place. Remember Chicago? The voters got tired of Lightfoot’s incompetency, so they voted her out and elected someone who was literaly EXACTLY the same.

Funny…I remember a presidential candidate promising the American people a “terrific,” “phenomenal” and “fantastic” new health care plan to replace the Affordable Care Act. Then when winning the presidency, at a joint address to congress said, “The way to make health insurance available to everyone is to lower the cost of health insurance, and that is what we are going to do”.
I think NYC will be just fine without you worrying about it.
