Was that the thread were he said the media is creating a panic but we need to lock things down because it could get worse? Becsuse that somehow wouldnt create a panic…
D’oh. oops😅
That was a a good chuckle.

Indeed
It was fear mongering.
So with very limited cases and all our healthcare at its maximum and focused… someone has already died. Not good, there is no reason to expect our rates to be dramatically different from the worlds.
Y’all just need to like swallow the blue pill, man.
Maybe we could ask the South Koreans how they manage to do it?
You seriously con’t envision how such facilities could be useful in between outbreaks, for medical research, etc.?
And again, in the long run, can we afford NOT to do it? If this runs to July/August like Trump said it could, the losses will be staggering.
Classic stuff…just full of bad info
We hadn’t stopped airline flights at the time thus they had no impact on the supply chain interruptions that began in Dec/Jan.
Try again.
It was fear mongering.
No it wasn’t. It was dead on correct. The rates are in fact similar
We weren’t even discussing rates.
There certainly wasn’t enough known at the time to warrant any panic and encouraging same was pure fear mongering.
Airline flights even domestically help our supply chain
mobiusptc: WildRose:No I didn’t and I really get tired of you repeating the same completely baseless fabrication.
What I said was that cutting off passenger airline travel would add at most 2-3 weeks shipping time for the items that would no longer be shipped on passenger flights.
Now go bother someone else
nah you didnt, you actually specifically said and i will quote
Airline flights have nothing to do with interruptions to the supply chain and that’s what’s causing instability in the market.
D’oh. oops😅
Yah, Oopse!
Passenger flights are being cancelled. I’ve seen no interruption in air freight.
Even if we do all that would accomplish is a three week delay.
And we can move millions of tons of air freight without a single passenger flight.
Punt.

and as it was schooled to you in that thread…there was a huge interruption in air freight.
enormous, giant. and then you ran away to try to google otherwise and found out…you were wrong…again
Fact just as I stated from the start.
Passenger flights are being cancelled. I’ve seen no interruption in air freight.
Even if we do all that would accomplish is a three week delay.
