It takes on another meaning now that we know that Roger Stone was in direct contact with Russian intelligence to coordinate Wikileaks drops and the President committed perjury in section 3 of the Mueller report.

Stone was in contact with Guccifer 2.0 who is Russian Intelligence. He also had conversations with the President about the hacked emails so that means that Trump commited perjury in section 3 of the Mueller report.
