No. She will either be before a grand jury, or have been sent to trial by a grand jury by then. To have any chance they need to field someone from outside the swamp. I’m still expecting someone like George Clooney to step forward.

ABC had a poll taken from Oct 20-23…which is 16 days before the election…that showed Hillary up by 12. There were other pollsters that had Hillary up by double digits in that time frame. Their next poll after that one showed +5. Then their next showed +1.

So why the change? Do you believe people began changing their opinions in large numbers all of a sudden and the the polls reflected that or do you believe that as the actual vote date came about, the pollster’s results were corrupt and now had to come clean before they were proven to be corrupt?.

Hmm…something happened in the last weeks of the election.

I was always mystified why Comey held that press conference, if the DNC and the deep state really believed the polls were accurate. There was no need for that, if Hillary was certain to win. Now it makes sense.

They knew that their attempts to elevate her support numbers by pumping up her numbers wete failing, and they needed to find something to blame for her actual numbers as they would be revealed to be on election day. So Comey updated the Hillary matter, knowing that the Trump-favourable pundits would publish it and leverage it for votes. Then the fake pollsters could move the polls towards the actual position and the Democrats could blame Comey and right wing media for her failure.

How does one defend themselves before a grand jury? Do you present your own evidence? Cross examine witnesses?

Usually, by engaging lawyers and with them arguing for alternative scenarios that make sense of the facts but leaves the defendant uncompromised.

That’s going to be a tough ask in Hillary’s case, once she’s in the dock.
