A large part of the reason the media’s coverage is considered “negative” is because Trump himself is largely negative. The studies that showed coverage of Trump is more negative considers any story that makes Trump look bad as negative. The problem is, Trump does that on his own with tweets and threats and bullying and name-calling. So when he calls someone a name on Twitter, CNN covering that tweet is considered a “negative” story-but it’s not because of what CNN said, rather it’s negative because of Trump.
The house is afraid to compromise and work on immigration. They want serfs as much as the big $ labor exploiters on the R side.
They have a chance to fix immigration with President Trump…Instead they want to refuse delivery on the Mueller report and make Trump a media martyr for 2020.
It’s as if they enjoy letting him lead and just ankle biting along the way.
Way to fly REALLY far past a key point of the data:
3588 pieces initiated in House
233 passed House. That means that only 6.49% passed.
17 passed both chambers. That means that 7.3% were approved by Senate. Why are they blocking legislation? That sounds like the Senate is failing pretty miserably.
