Any data from older variants is obsolete with Omicron. The scientific basis for pushing universal vaccination has evaporated.
Instead we are left with feelings and opinions that are justified by data that means little to nothing at this point.

That’s not true Bill. The vaccines are not as effective against contracting Omicron as they were against Delta, but they still cause the body to produce the T cells that are available to fight the virus as soon as an infection takes place which reduces the both the length and severity of the infection. Combining that with the apparent lesser severity of Omicron Covid, the disease is not much worse than a bad cold for most vaccinated people.
