It is not necessary to have a committed continuous relationship to procreate.
Angels took a bodily form and were “eye candy” and stalked by the residence of Sodom and Gomorrah.
Since angels don’t dance, that’s an irrelevant question.
When two people have sex, they become one flesh the Bible says. In our modern institution of marriage, a license and official is required to make a marriage legal. That’s not the requirement of the Old Testament. If angels engaged in sex, they would have been considered married.in God’s eyes.
Also, marriage serves many purposes down here on Earth that aren’t necessary in Heaven. God would not have made Angels with the need, not the desire to procreate. And, even if it were possible, God designed all creatures to reproduce after their own kind, so angels and humans wouldn’t be compatible to produce offspring.

They’re God’s parameters not ours, and he doesn’t ever violate his own words.
Angels can take human form, and even eat human food but they don’t need the food to continue to live like we do. I suspect they don’t feel pain, and don’t really need protection from human beings.
In Heaven, God is supposed to be our all in all, so to speak. What would angels need to procreate for? When we get to Heaven there will be no need for us to procreate either. Seems odd to think God would give angels the ability to procreate for no reason.
Of course angels can dance, to give glory to the Lord, just like humans do.
and the answer is, “as many as want to.”
If they were not angels then why they were not described as sons of man instead of sons of God.
The desires of these sons of God were the daughters of men.

The Septuagint (Greek translation Hebrew Old Testament) and early church fathers support the angelic view for sons of God
John 1:12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, [even] to them that believe on his name:
Sons of God - Children of God, same thing. When we are born from above, that is a spiritual birth.
Still not angels.
Angels are created beings. God created them to do His bidding. They are messengers.
Humans are born naturally. The first man and woman were created by miracles, their offspring were born naturally.
