What will happen to MAGA in 2029?

Not to mention she has it wrong, the public is extremely worried/fear of radical progressive base, thus the reason why they’re driving people to Trump. People see Trump as a moderate.

Libs today don’t realize just how crazy they have become.

It can be hard to recognize the reflection in the mirror.

Especially noteworthy:

The demographic has generally leaned Democratic, but Trump increased his share of the Hispanic vote from 16 percent in 2016 to 42 percent in 2024.

And now:

According to an InsiderAdvantage poll of 1,000 likely voters, 59.6 percent of Hispanics approve of Trump’s job performance while 40.4 percent disapprove.

The poll was conducted between May 17 and 19 and had a margin of error of 3.09 percent.

This is roughly a 22-percentage point increase from an earlier poll—when 1,200 likely voters were surveyed on April 30 and May 1—that found that 38.4 percent of Hispanics approved of Trump and 42 percent disapproved.

Old family Hispanics – LEGAL Hispanics – really resent the illegal horde.

trump will be out of the picture, after the 2026 mid terms, when the dems scoop back the house.

Remember in his first term when they made some ridiculous allegation about him they always imagined him hiding in his room, shaking. And then the next time he was in public he was perfectly fine.

I thought you were telling us Kamala was going to be in there? Are you sure you have it right, this time?
Trump will be very politically relevant after 2026. Republicans will keep congress and they know he has influence over the base.
Obviously, he will still have his Presidential powers inherent in the constitution.

My guess is DEMs just might take back the house in 2026. Trump being Trump will remain the center of attention as he rails against DEMs for not supporting his agenda. Hell, DEMs may even try for a 3rd impeachment. Won’t that be a sight to see.

Mine too, and again in 2024 until the lawfare kicked into high gear.

Still not my idea of charisma. Reagan was charismatic … Obama was (is) charismatic. Trump is a poorly spoken, narcissistic, boor whose main shtick is insulting and making up derogatory nick names for people who dare disagree with him.

Little Marco is a good guy now, but my guess is, he will be little Marco (or something more demeaning) again before Trump’s term is over.

If you consider a Berserker swinging a battle axe in a crowd a great President, then yes, he’s the greatest.

Rubio has many positive attributes. Vance, not so much.

Rubio will have to overcome Vance, Vance however will retain the extreme MAGA wing with his Pro Russia stance as that part of the party seems to like Putin more than any American politician except Trump.

I agree. Vance will appeal to MAGAs and Rubio will appeal to more moderate Republicans.

both obama and reagan easily cleared the 50% of the votes in both of their elections. trump never did in his three. charismatic candidates win
the majority in elections. trump never did.

I’m looking at crowd sizes. The ability to attract large crowds. Reagan, Obama and Trump were able to do that. In terms of election percentages, each was elected during different times in our history. One simply can’t compare Reagan’s victories with either Obama’s or Trump’s.
