He will be 82. He’ll make a bunch of money giving speeches, probably have a podcast. But father time will be knocking on the door.

My ideology is mostly conservative. Within that context, I prefer to have a conservate sitting in the WH and I prefer to have a conservatively dominated legislature. Until 2026, that’s what we will have and I’m a happy camper.
My reaction in 2029 will depend on whether a Republican or a Democrat government takes control.
Trump himself will leave office quietly. He will have no choice.

It’s never actually possible. In the past two thousand years the number of times there was a second go round after a very strong and self centered leader can be counted on two hands. And even then it was not the same. Just kinda the same.

Obama aides ran the Biden government. Not completely or totally but definitely his vision in some ways. But obviously effected by their own positions

Exactly. No one ever thought someone like Reagan would come along again. While Trump certainly is no Reagan, he is able to energize his base like Reagan was able to do.
