What to do about Presidential Authority vs District Court Judges

And we all keep engaging. :upside_down_face:. Like a drug

I have no earthly idea what you are talking about. But by all means, let me know when you figure out how a country deports someone directly to a prison in another country. I would really like to see that.

Kind of like you are doing from time-to-time with you little zingers.

You have to know how stupid that post is.

Seems SCOTUS is upset these Federal Judges aren’t listening to them!

He was deported to his country that so happens to have a prison. FYI Boasberg is pissing off Scotus.

You say things that don’t mean any thing.

He is in that prison

Ok he is angering the SCOTUS. Whatever that means.

Yeah angered so much they are about to tell Federal District Judges to cut out the BS! And limit their powers. These judges are making decisions outside their given district, and ignoring scotus rulings. Garcia is where he belongs! The country where he came an MS13 member.

Way to go Boasberg! Quit complaining and actually do something. Charge them all with Contempt. Lock them up!

You dont understand that if you are in a gang that is illegal in a country, it is not smart to tattoo yourself with the sign of that gang? I can’t help you.

we released a person from a foreign jail. apt comparison.

Allan

Just going to point out that when the trump administration issued Garcia a work permit, they had to have run a Background and Security check on him.

He also checked in with Immigration annually as required by law. DHS never had problem with him being here.

No, we didn’t.

An American citizen was released from a foreign jail by the country who was holding him. There is no comparison with Garcia, a citizen from El Salvador, being held in a prison in El Salvador.

You are speculating. Back up your comments with documentation. Let’s see the specifics.

That would be a horror for sure. :grinning:

Just google it. Lots of links, but you have to do a ton of scrolling.

ince then, once a year, Abrego Garcia has “checked in” with immigration officials. This is the standard procedure required of individuals with his status—removable, but with removal “withheld” from their country of origin. Abrego Garcia’s last routine check-in occurred on Jan. 2 of this year, without incident.

That article is a complete summary of his time in the US including the gang charges and how that went down and the whole history with Barrio 18 harassing him and his family in ES.

You should read it.

You should quit responding to the same question.

They are just trolling you.

You’ve stated that Garcia got a work permit. You’ve provided generic information required to get a work permit. You linked to a like-minded heavily biased summary of Garcia’s life in this country.

But you have yet to show anything substantive proving Garcia had a work permit and that he was actually in this country legally. Everything I see says exactly the opposite.

Oh yea!

Kind of shows how bored I am, that I continue put up with it.

I don’t believe anything an elected official says. Unlike you I know they are all liars with an agenda to push.
