Federal judge orders Trump admin to immediately resettle 12K migrants
U.S. District Judge Jamal Whitehead ordered the Trump administration to immediately resettle some 12,000 refugees into the U.S. under a court order.
An American citizen was released from a foreign jail by the country who was holding him. There is no comparison with Garcia, a citizen from El Salvador, being held in a prison in El Salvador.
an american resident was illegally deported to el salavador.
we need released.

An illegal alien was mistakenly put on a plane with Venezuelan gang members and deported to El Salvador.
I believe this is like the 20th or 30th time it has been mentioned. Is there a point to be made by mentioning it yet again?

keep on mentioning the mistake until he is returned.
i am ready for the long haul on this issue.
just like the iraq war.

The remedy for the mistake is that Garcia will still be in El Salvador. Sure, he might come back to detention in the US for a couple of days. Following an immigration hearing to remove the withhold deportation order, he will quickly be returned.
you think its over.
Oh, I’m hoping it’s not. I rather enjoy the spectacle of DEM politicians prostrating themselves in front of the ES government.
Sure, he might come back to detention in the US for a couple of days.
that remains to be seen.
Allan

What do you believe would happen?
Here’s another one.

well except the judge didnt break the law.

Sure she did.
there’s that.
And as far as checks and balances goes, the judge is/was a state judge. “Checks and balances” refers to the three branches of the federal government, not state judges, state legislatures or governors.
Sure she did.
there’s that.
we shall see.
i will book mark this to rub you face in it once i am proven correct.
she did nothing criminal.

There was a plea deal. Nowhere does it imply that the judge didn’t break the law.

charges were as they say dismissed.

The judge still broke the law. Cases are dismissed all of the time as part of a plea deal. It doesn’t mean no law was broken.
In this case, the judge did break the law. That really isn’t in question. The only real question is how it will all play out.
