What are all the negative impacts of going green? Let's list them all here

 Good one!

In other words, someday, you’re going to go hungry. Keep saying ā€œweā€ though. I’m sure its comforting somehow.

Hey! Some people like being so malnourished that they can’t even produce enough hormones to keep from being bat ā– ā– ā– ā–  crazy all the time.

I wonder, do some people feel cows are electric?

I’ve learned that most people just don’t know much about much outside of their own personal bubble, especially when they start running their mouths. :man_shrugging:

Well, these ā€œgreenā€ folks are burning down green (live) forests for fuel, but since green wood has too much water to burn properly, rail ties, dirty diapers, plastics, etc., are added to the mix.

There’s nothing green about any of this. The mindless lemmings are on autopilot.

Not really. Green energy was the most secure last year.

Most problems can be overcome without great sacrifice and little bit of forethought.

That has absolutely nothing to due with what I said

You know there are also ways to mitigate CO2 emissions like carbon sequestration, algae reactor bio-tanks, planting more trees, etc. Very rarely talked about as part of the solution.

Let’s see those elitists who cry the loudest about this issue lead by example! Don’t hold your breath!

Regenerative agriculture could absorb 100% of ā€œexcessā€ carbon we pump into the atmosphere. When is the last time you heard that talked about? I think if greenies put as much energy into pushing for that as they do pushing for new laws and stuff we might actually accomplish something meaningful.

This is something I could probably get behind. I remember over a decade ago reading a paper on how they can produce plants that absorb 4-5x the amount of carbon a regular plant does. I think it was 4-5x  I think it does fall into the category your speaking of.

It’s not about saving the planet.

going on red has negative impacts too…

Who says? Besides, that certainty has not been the direction coming out of the White House.

It’s about savings urban conservationists.

Looks like we may have to sacrifice many whales in going green:

She said survey boats explore the ocean floor using focused pulses of low-frequency sound in the same frequency that whales hear and communicate, which could potentially harm or disorient the animals.

In pursuit of any economic interests on the sea floor.

If something can be done about it without hampering energy security, it should be. Torturing intelligent animals into killing themselves shouldn’t be done lightly.

Can’t charge or power anything with wind turbines falling over!
