We Don’t Need to “Monkey this Up”

Denial is not just a river in Egypt.

Yes…that’s what made it a poor choice of words and allowed libs to make this fake accusation of racism.

Then produce the quote of same.

Why are we sitting here dancing around this and giving this guy the benefit of the doubt that he meant, “throwing in a monkey wrench”? He could have said, “we don’t need to ■■■■ this up” or “we don’t need to muck this up” or “we don’t need to mess this up”. Nope! He went on to say, “…monkey this up”. That was a signal. Look guys, bigotry, racism and even white supremacy IMO transcends party. I know there are some racists who are liberal and in the democratic party. Living in Maryland, living in D.C. and spending time in Brooklyn, Philly, New Haven and Boston has shown me this quite clearly. However conservatives don’t think for not one minute that these same folks don’t exists in the body of a conservative or a member of the republican party. They do, if not more.

DeSaints knew what he was doing and I saw this as him giving a shoutout to those people within the party who have the false belief that we(black folks) are lesser than, an inferior race. He knows he has people like that who are supporting him, same as 45 knowing. I knew early on what 45 was about when he posted a stereotypical image of a black person in a tank top(in the hood we call it a wife beater), with saggin jeans in the act of shooting a hand gun(sideways). To go along with that it had fake stats from an agency that didn’t exists. His supporters jumped right on it and were like, “YEAH!!! THATS RIGHT!!!” because not only did it display a negative stereotypical image but it further perpetuated the false narrative that the majority of the black community, especially in the so-called hood are criminals. Every hood and community is like Chicago or Baltimore. DeSaints pretty much did the same thing. What is even more shameful is watching some of you, our hosts, and many others trying to defend this guy and minimize it as either a poor choice of words, no issue at all, or people just being too sensitive. WE SEE YOU, game recognize game and this crap is very familiar.

Thank God, what other race baiting rant or dishonest claim of racism would you have to offer today if he hadn’t?

Everything is racist, if you want it to be.

DeSantis said it on purpose. If you watch the video, everything he said sounded scripted. He wants us to have this debate. I see it all the time where people on social media say things like “Democrats really want Trump to win with their constant cries of racism.” Hopefully it won’t work.

Was this comment racist?

“They get bitter, they cling to guns or religion or antipathy to people who aren’t like them or anti-immigrant sentiment or anti-trade sentiment as a way to explain their frustrations.”

If you answered that question as “no”, then now put your shoe on the other foot.

Or, “don’t monkey around with it.” All of those are common phrases which mean exactly the same thing.

It’s sad, Andrew Gillum is running for governor, and even if he wins, his own supporters will look at him and only ever see a black man. Everyone will couch their words and walk on egg shells, cuz he’s black, and that’s all he will ever be to them.

Anyone who looks at Gillum and does not see his skin color, but sees the man, and they don’t walk on egg shells and couch their words in the PC world, will be called a racist for any number of contrived reasons, for the comments they make.

If there wasn’t some truth to it, there wouldn’t have been nearly as much outrage.

Tell that to Miss Piggy.

And if Gillum were a woman, and DeSantis said “don’t screw this up,” he’d be called a misogynist for making a menacing sexual reference about raping her, or some such.

There is no winning in this sick world of political correctness, where everyone is an evil hater deep inside, and forced to couch all their words 24/7/365.

Categorically false: “Don’t Monkey with it” is not a common phrase, and this was proven via google search. Before yesterday, the term had been used less than 1000 times in the entirety of google.

No, they wouldn’t. “Don’t screw this up” is an incredibly common phrase, and no one (except like two feminists on Tumbler who whine about everything) would have even noticed.

Nope, try again.

Final results of this media “issue”:

The left is convinced even more that all Republicans are racists.

Conservatives are convinced even more that most big media is happy with fake news as long as they get their click bait or base liberal viewers.

Just a bit more division.

“Monkey” is used as a verb meaning “mess up”. That is how it was used here. It came to mean that because of the little animals that live in trees.

Racism doesn’t exist unless it the type of racism of 1960’s.

If you say so.

A few tweets here…

A lot more to the thread as well.

Keep yelling “ITS NOT RACIST.”. Keep doing it.
