Throughout history, you can literally count on one hand people or groups of people, who have willingly given up power. It simply doesn’t happen. I see a group of people equating other groups, whether it be gays, minorities, etc getting more rights with them losing power. Then you add in demographic shift and you get the whole “take our country back” mantra.
There is a finite amount of power to be had. I might be first, rest assured you’re on the list.
