Errr, and AFTER the FBI interview with him he was never interviewed by Mueller or his team and never indicted for doing anything. Furthermore, there was never a leak of any actual crime that Carter Page is alleged to have committed, even after HOURS of testimony before a VERY leaky Congress.

There is a REASON for all that.

You don’t know he was never interviewed again. Nor do you know what he told Mueller. He may not have committed any crime but is just a witness. Mueller may have all the useful information from Page already and has no need to interview him again.

All Trump has done as president is put millions of dollars in American’s pockets at all ends of the economic spectrum and he hasn’t gotten naked with anyone but his wife, as far as we know.

err, that the FBI. He has been interviewed by the FBI multiple times over the years, and because of what they actually know about him the Mueller team knows they DO NOT need to talk to him.

We know what is reported by Page and by others. You can make up anything else you want to, but as for what is on the record Page is NOT a person of interest and has NEVER been indicted for so much as crossing the street out of a cross-walk, much less any crimes against the United States.

Any TV appearance by Page in recent times is validation of one thing: He is confident that the FBI committed crimes or at least impropriety in their warrants against him and he wants butts for it.

He does NOT sound like a guy who thinks he is in any way in trouble or in any way important to Mueller and neither does Mueller.

You said he cheated people out of money. That’s not true. His tax cuts gave money to MOST Americans and didn’t “cheat” any others. Millions have also received bonuses from the corporate tax cuts he enacted.

It’s just apparent that I’m not going on emotion but with the facts: Page has been derided as the lightest weight of light weights from one and all on Capitol Hill. NO ONE t\has gone on the record to say he is the master spy that the FBI made him out to be to get their spurious warrants. NO ONE has leaked any specific allegation against him, other than the dossier. The FBI has interviewed him numerous times over the years, including recently, and even asked him to help them catch some Russian spies in 2013, which he did. Mueller has never bothered to interview him and hasn’t indicted him for so much as a stolen ham sandwich.

When the facts change I’ll re-look at him. Until then he is a BLIND ALLEY that the left is going up and pinning a lot of their hopes on.

The letter was MOSTLY his demand that Mueller provide all they know about what the FBI did to get warrants against him. Sounds like he is afraid of them?

His letter was also HOURS of testimony before Congress which was more than satisfactory for Congress to decide he was a non-person in this whole thing.

By your standard, some of our greatest and most revered presidents are skanks, Trump’s adventure with her - if it happened - did NOT happen while he has occupied the WH - unlike MANY past presidents who have had dalliances while in office - a LOT of them recent Dems.

Stepping out on your spouse - husband or wife - is as American as apple pie.At least have the integrity to admit how universal and human it is and stop pretending that it is unique.

Most importantly, STOP pretending that it makes any difference at all to a presidency, as history proves that it CLEARLY does not.

I’m starting to agree with @Plasmaball that he is not worth it. He is so far gone at this point. Facts are completely impossible for him and he is immune to reality and thrives in this bubble he has created where he is forced to defend everything Trump. It’s a weird affliction that has infected more than a few posters from the old boards. It’s like they have become drones, incapable of individual, rational discourse.
