But it will stop a lot of biological weapons and economic sabbateurs by way of disease carrying and tax fund hijacking illegal immigrants. With open borders Mexican cartels send supposed families across the river at a barrierless point who need to be rescued by ICE, and while ICE is kept disracted there, cross trafficking humans and drugs some distance further along the barrierless river. This tactic cannot be used where “families” cannot get past a significant fence because they won’t be jumping into the river there.
