And yes, I live in South Florida, know and speak to Venezuelans who have legally emigrated into America. Some have sons who play HS baseball alongside our grandson. They fled during the Chavez regime and do not speak highly of Maduro. And although Venezuelans are among the J’Biden illegal invasion horde, their legal US countrymen are critical of their means of coming to this country when others followed the law. Oddly enough the people I know are/ were Trump supporters. When the topic comes up (between innings), I’ve been told that Hugo Chavez imprisoned and executed his political critics in addition to destroying a robust Venezuelan oil economy.
