They are going back to work so demand is increasing. Rising prices are the natural result.

I just ran across that article today.
Their oil imports are now back almost to December levels just with their April buying alone which was more than double that of Jan/Feb.
When it averages out they are even for Dec-April already and still buying.
They are expecting to get a huge jump on revering over the rest of the industrialized world gaining even more market share and making the world then far more dependent on them for manufacturing.
