No one is preaching Venezuela. Never said they were. But mark my words, Venezuela would most certainly be the result if Bernie is elected and he gets his way.
But that’s not how big Government works. Taxing the rich simply shrinks the economy and the poor get poorer. The Government will simply do what it always does with other peoples money. Not a single person will be lifted out of poverty.

How about just looking at what has happened following Lyndon Johnson’s great society. Poverty remains close to where it was in 1960, despite Trillions of dollars being spent by the Federal government to eradicate it.
