I don’t think so. I believe his influence will continue with some of his supporters. He will continue to have a social media presence and I’d even wager he does big speaking events gaslighting everything that is happening within a new administration.

The pandemic is simply an opportunity for the Dems to try to get back control of the 3 branches of Federal government. Their efforts in this regard will probably fail for the most part. We’ll see in a few weeks how the voters around the country really feel about especially Trump. A large number of people are NOT even aware that the U.S. Constitution would of NEVER been ratified in the first place IF states did not have the ability to mostly govern themselves on a day to day basis. According to the tenth amendment, President’s cannot mandate much of anything without each Governor going along with what is being requested. Even a vaccine for this very virus being paid and distributed for free by the US government can not be forced on any US citizen living in a US State. Yet any State can deny its residents freedom to work, going to church, being subject to permanent lock down, etc if they defy an executive order of any Governor to take the vaccine or else. Let that sink in…
