You’re right. It wasn’t even close to equal. The FBI Director listed all of Hillary’s crimes and laws that she broke…but played judge on national television and said that she was too stupid to know she broke the laws and so for that, she couldn’t be prosecuted. The other was investigated for years…first by that same Director who used fake information to illegally obtain a FISA warrant that then led to another investigation based on that fake crap, by multiple lawyers with ties to the Democrat party and could find NO CRIMES that were prosecutable. That didn’t stop there though. Then this same force began impeachment procedings based on fake bull feces that failed in the Senate…all while being broadcast on every ■■■■■■■ news media outlet 24/7/365 for virtually the entire time Trump was POTUS. Now just stop.

You are right. The investigation should have been handled like every other investigation and just dropped because they found no charges.
And none of this was known until AFTER the election. Think of how damaging it would have been to know that there was a high level investigation of the connections between the Trump campaign and Russian Intelligence? Think of how damaging it would have been to know before the election that Donald J Trump was ACTIVELY pursuing a real estate deal in Moscow during the same time he was running for President and even went so far as to sign a letter of intent with a bank under US sanctions.
But none of that was known until after the election.
I know that there has to be this sense victimhood by proxy for Donald J Trump… but really… he is super dirty.

I would argue that burying an story about a potential president’s son being a porn/drug addicted dirtbag with multiple foreign business ties that could very well have both benefited and compromised the potential president is something we should all have known about before we voted.
Burying all of this was itself an act of politicization of the investigation.

Except for when collusion was proven. Shady people.
It is not made up that there was an investigation.
It is not made up that Donald Trump was actively pursuing a real estate deal in Moscow while running for President.
It is not made up that he signed a letter of intent with a bank under US sanctions while running for President.
None of that is made up and was kept hidden until AFTER the election.

Let us extrapolate this out then.
We didn’t know about the investigation into Tom Barrack. The investigators had enough to press charges last year but waited until after the election.
How damaging would the indictments of him been to Donald Trump’s campaign? But we didn’t know a damn thing about it.

Hunter Biden is the son of at the time a candidate to be the next president…we now know he flew with his then Vice President dad on trips to countries where he developed highly profitable relationships…we now know Joe Biden boldfaced lied about having no knowledge of hunter’s business deals…there are photographs of Joe and Hunter and hunters overseas partners…
Burying this story in advance of the election was imho an act of politics…people have a right to know about this level of corruption before they vote.
I m sure if the candidates son had been named Don Jr or Eric you leftists would have been screaming for the story to be out in public.
