I find it interesting that you use the term “fair” in the context of capitalism. Specifically slavery.

One that motivates the worker to maximize your revenue, while minimizing the expense that accomplishes this. If you want to discuss slavery, again…that’s 150 years ago and isn’t relevant to our present day discussion.
