The slavers were their descendants, many of them from the West Indies. Much like the phony “hero” Hamilton. It was their culture.
You are arguing against your own Narrative.
No, it’s not England’s “fault”, it just was - because all white people are racist.
What time warp? I see…talking about history and it’s impacts on today is being stuck in a “time warp”
I’ll do this… every time a conservatives yells “But the constitution” I’ll say “why are you living in a time warp?”

And it became ours. The people who signed the constitution are those descendants.

If you’re a capitalist, why would you not want to pay your labor fairly…that then results in continuous turnover, retraining, increasing expenses as a direct result and creating the environment for mistakes? That doesn’t make any sense to anyone unless…you’re not a capitalist.

Dude…you obviously know very little about capitalism due to your questions and answers. Capitalism financially sponsors almost everything.

Civil rights and the beginning of the dismantling of Jim Crow is still in living memory. Simply passing the CRA IN 68 and saying “we all cool… right?” is not enough.

Define “fair”
I find it interesting that you use the term “fair” in the context of capitalism. Specifically slavery.

Slavery has been gone for 155 years. We have no plantations left. Here’s another lie.
"America holds on to an undemocratic assumption from it’s founding that some people deserve more power than others."
Again. Total hogwash. Where are the people who believe this hiding? They are harder to find than sasquatch. They provide no examples because they are lying SOB’s.
Nah… that part is 100% true.
We have tried to move away from that sentiment… but yeah… that was totally the founding of the nation.

A capitalist uses capital to make money. They do not operate stores or manufacturing facilities. They use money to make money. Historically, many are only concerned about making money, hence why slave labor was, and in may cases, is still utilized.

And when it is not, there will be something else. CT.
Lol.
You realize that we are talking about capitalism in the context of slavery… right? That was my original quote that you responded to.

What? That makes no sense.

You are not a capitalist. You are a business owner, working under a hybrid capitalist system.
Do you know what systemic racism is? It’s a way to claim racism is everywhere without actually having to identify racism anywhere.
