You get no due process until your property is seized. All on the word of one citizen.
In fact, the courts do not let you in on the process of deeming you guilty. You find out when the cops show up at your door.
Then you have to go to court afterward to prove your innocent.
Then if you are found innocent you may or may not get your property back because the cops are really good at mistakenly destroying it. You are not compensated for your time and money to prove you are innocent. You are not compensated for your property that you don’t get back.
The person who lied and said you were a threat, and you were not a threat is not charged with falsely reporting you as a threat.
Hypocrite. You only care about due process when you can use those people for political gain. You don’t care about the constitution. You are crying over something that you love when it happens to those you hate.
No, the court order seizes the innocent persons arms with only one side present. And it is not the gun owner who gets to be present. You get to plead your case after you are already deemed guilty.
I will care about illegals when you at least have the guts to admit to red flag laws are not constitutional and you admit that no one should be deemed a threat without having their day in court first. And that democrats should repeal every red flag law on the books.
You could be honest for a change and admit this in not about the constitution. This is all about thinking the democrats can use this man to gain power.
