just more misinformation to obfuscate this travesty.

Red flag laws for one.

Person accused does not get to be there now does he? No due process for him and you pushed for it.

Red flag laws deem a person guilty before they even commit a crime. They don’t even get their day in court to plead their case. You all trashed the constitution with every red flag you passed and bragged about.

Red flag laws do not lock people up.

They can if you refuse to stand and deliver.

That’s a choice. Not the law.

No, it’s in the laws.

If it’s been determined you are a threat to youself or others you have a choice to surrender arms or not.

Determined by whom?

The court through evidence provided. You get due process for the final decision. It’s not an equal comparison to what is being done to immigrants.

There are no such laws.

No such thing exists.

You need to do some research.

Sure they do. A court orders the surrender of arms after evidence is presented from both sides.

It’s odd that many people here argue gun control in general is the first slippery slope step toward a general erosion of rights, and then they don’t care about the US government throwing people into prison without charging them or giving them a trial.

If you are really concerned about constitutional rights, you could be making this a ‘told you so’ moment…

“Beliefs about the shape of Earth changed from century to century, therefore the shape of Earth is subjective.”

IDGAF.

Garcia wasn’t here illegally.

He was sent to the one country we were not supposed to send him.

You’re offering a false choice to cover up the immorality.

It’s a false choice to say that either we imprison people without due process or else we will be allowing MS-13 to run rampant.

That’s that kind of rationalization rulers hope you’ll make because when you do, you usually also justify giving the rulers more power to stomp on rights.
