The Curious Case of Kilmar Abrego Garcia

Democrat red flag laws. And it does not even take the government. All it takes is for a neighbor to hate you.

Sounds familiar.

A judge has to issue the ERPO after reviewing the evidence. It’s not the same.

No, in some places the cops can do it themselves.

I haven’t found anywhere where that is the case. You have a link to the info?

A questionable trend indeed. Some do have much better safeguards than others however.

Just stop. I never said anything about what I believe or don’t. You conjured all of that up with your over stimulated imagination. Morality is not uniform. It varies from era to era and from society to society from group to group. That makes it subjective.

It doesn’t matter who they are more like, they are a terrorist organization.

Of course it is. What is immoral to one society may be perfectly fine or even encouraged within another. What a single society finds immoral at one time may be perfectly acceptable at another time. Morality is a human construct and opinions among humans varies and they change over time. As examples, just look at the issues of gay marriages, sex outside of marriage and abortion (to name a very few.) Even killing people is not universally immoral.

No it’s not. It has nothing to do with morality, it’s a legal matter. A protection order is a temporary edict issued by a single Judge. Garcia’s was rescinded by another Judge.

The only fight is you trying to stay relevant.

That’s my question … What???

You are confusing morality and legality.

There are other dearly deported cases that could garner more sympathy.

I would try one of them.

Kilmar is doing well.

Administrative warrants in ICE are signed by immigration officers.

Immigration officers are not judges. They are lawyers hired by the DOJ.

I was originally thinking of something else from sheriffs, but they aren’t called warrants.

No it wasn’t.

Mmmm. So in your mind, the two are mutually exclusive?

The fight is inside you, a raging war.

Are they mutually exclusive? Which is more important?

Kilmar is in prison. People in prison are never “doing well.”

What laws lockup people before they commit a crime?
