I really like that. She should suffer the consequences for what she falsely accused.
Letâs see: what should the penalty be for lying/false accusations?

What would have happened to the accused kids? We can start there.
Kicked out of school and charged? I like that.
Obama generation!
Only for a few more months! Obama and his cabal will fall next year, and the entire DEMOCRAT party made extinct by extension!
Letâs see: what should the penalty be for lying/false accusations?
Either prison or occupying the White House, depending.
I remember hearing this story on the radio the other day. The girl was interviewed and even then I thought something was off with her story.
She was incredibly articulate and never once tripped over her words. The taunts were perfectly recited.
Obviously she has issues but the school should have the right to expel her.
LucyLou:First I heard of it too. Googled it and read a local story, rather than a slanted story that canât wait to tie her to a black restaurant owner who vandalized his own property for some reason. Oh, theyâre both black, that must be it.
In the local story the entire family of the girl has apologized to the boys, the boysâ families, the school, and the entire community, and are ready for her to face the consequences for her behavior. Her mom and dad are both pastors. They are not trying to get her a pass.
Said sheâs sorry. So all is forgiven. Nothing to see here, move along people.
Thatâs not what I said or she said or her family said. Stop making crap up.

Itâs Duke Lacrosse 2.0. Nothing will happen to her. Just like nothing happened to Magnum.
Nice job painting the perpetrator in a sympathetic light though. Kudos.

I never did that either. Stop making crap up.
Not making anything up⌠her and her family apologized, both her parents are preachers, I had to read the non-racist article⌠itâs all portraying her in a sympathetic light. You didnât even acknowledge she did anything wrong. Iâm not making any crap up.
Another fake victim in the Salem Bigot Hunt? Ermigerd! lol

Her parents are pastors! They apologized!!! If sheâs not kicked out and charged, then justice hasnât been served.

How sweet of them. No harm done then, all is well! lol
Well, I apologize if it came off that way. There should absolutely be dire consequences and I was only meaning to point out her family had prostrated themselves in apology and open willingness to accept any consequences earned.
Itâs all good. Maybe Iâve just become used to the partisan divide here.
Then you probably know that while grades are take. The teacher spends a great deal of their time developing plans for future education. Of their students for the rest of the year. But A[quote=âMunimula1, post:47, topic:213816, full:trueâ]
Are you a school teacher @Munimula1? I am not but My father, Mother, wife and Son are, and I know what is and isnât when it comes to education.

in the early part of the year important time is spent on rules and following directions. Itâs first grade they need that.
