Should we stop funding the WHO?

The United States doesn’t recognize Taiwan as a country.

Neither do we. Can’t blame them on that one.

In US legal speak Taiwan is a place on a map that one could call “the other China.”

So you agree that funding should match that of China.

Good.

:world_map:

Do you think that’s why they have a love affair with China? The money?

China funds 50 mil…we fund 300 to 400 mil.

The only way it is about money is if the leadership is getting kickbacks from China.

I think it is a bias against US success…and maybe some China goodies thrown in.

No it isn’t.

Probably all about ideology. We should not be funding their politics.

It seems that the only time the U.N.is interested in international law is when they can use it against Israel. Who needs em?

Or Palestine.

Or against us. All the little 3rd world countries gang up against us at the UN.

Indeed. What happens in other places in the world, never really effects us…

I think we will get their attention by cutting 250 million from the funding.

The US just accepts and offers more opportunity to immigrants than anywhere else.

How many Syria war refugees did China accept?

yeah for all nations except the ones who obey the law

The us has taken only 16000. We are pretty low on the list

Good for us.

China’s government sucks.

That is 16000 more than China.

China should pay the same percent of the world’s population they represent?

Which makes the WHO actions so puzzling.

I think China is going to own this. They impacted everyone around the globe quite significantly.

Defunding the WHO is a good start.

In the name of humanitarianism I would continue 50 mil and not take it to 0.

Unions!
