I think your idea is ridiculous in what you intend with it.
The WHO should be re-examined as to how well it is prepared to do what it’s mission is supposed to be, and then fixed, not disbanded.
This disdain for multilateralism is not going to further US interests.

One of the things can we know about what delayed any Trump response to the pandemic was the Trump administration didn’t want to offend the Chinese. The China Lovers are in the White House.

50 million is a lot of funding. As much as China pays with 3X more people.
If they are constantly going to ask us for money is it out of line to expect that they once in a great while actually side with us at the UN?
