What threat did the father of the rape victim make? What was his crime that led to his being batteried by agents of the state? You can forget “resisting arrest”. Don’t even try it.

Maybe you should have noted that when asked if a parent threatening to punch a school board member in the nose was a federal question or federal jurisdiction, Garland rightly answered, no.

Scott Adams is convinced that Democrats will give Biden a year before they get him to resign, since less time would make it obvious that they knew he was mentally incompetent to be president well before the election. The next few months will show if Adams is right.
Of course the only thing holding up Harris’s approval ratings is that she has virtually disappeared from public view.

The intent is to get people to stop threatening to kill school board members.
The question is whether she could get through even part of one term. There are reasons why she never got beyond low single digits in the Democratic primaries.
My pet theory is that Biden will resign, then Harris will nominate Obama as Vice President and then resign. The constitution says Obama can’t be elected again; it does not say he can’t assume the office of President after being appointed VP.
They are claiming “elected officials”.
If it’s done through the mail or over the internet it is.
Super easy to find death threats against elected republicans online as well. If they really want to jail everyone who makes one they better get started building new jails.
