So in other words millions of dollars distributed by HHS, which comes from Obama’s federal government, gives money to migrant workders, with absolutely no guidelines to the health centers that it only goes to those who are legal. In other words, they don’t want to enforce it. The way that was designed was to get it to go to the local centers, and the spokeswoman, doesn’t matter to her, that it gets distributed to illegals. So in other words money goes to illegals, and this person has no problem with it. So the way Obamacare was set up, even if the words seem to say one thing, in actually it means, or it means, they do provide money to the illegals, and you just try to pass it off to oh, it is the state and locals fault.
On another occasion, yes it is disputed, but benefits were given 115,000 on this occasion.
Yes there is some dispute, but people under the rubrics of the federal government, and can’t be blamed just totally to the local people, were getting benefits with the federal government being involved and lax on enforcing it, as noted by a Senator.

The government was shut down because Trump lied about who was going to fund the border wall. You might think shutting down the government is a good thing, but in the real world, there are actual, major consequences for such things.
What major consequences came from that “shut down”?
That’s not why it shut down.
Take your pick. Government workers not being paid. National parks in disarray. Immigration cases delayed in court. Airport terminals were shut down. FDA wasn’t able to inspect food at the same level. 5,000 FBI agents were furloughed. FOIA requests were halted. NTSB investigation put on hold. The E-Verify system was shut down.
And yes, that is why it was shut down. Trump’s ego. He lied about who was paying for the wall. And when actual adults wouldn’t play his game, he held the government hostage.

Again. To my previous point, you think it’s a good thing the government was shut down. To the hundreds of thousands of people who weren’t paid during that time, those that missed car, electricity, gas, education payments. Those that had to take on second, third jobs … they thought it was a pretty big deal.
Zero empathy for people affected. Wonder how you would feel if you stopped getting paid for a month. Yes, we get it, you love Donald Trump.
They got paid.
They all got paid.
Eventually-and in the mean time, some of their had to figure out where their next meal or car payment, or rent money, or etc. were going to come from.
Even if only temporary, it was undue hardship that was placed upon those people for no other reason than politics.
Someone working for the govt should not have to worry whether their next paycheck, which they already worked for, will be deposited on time as scheduled.
