I don’t think in the jury’s eyes, based on the credibility of Gates…especially motivated by a reduced sentence for his testimony, will sway the jury to convict.

Yep. This case is more about documents than witness testimony, which is being used to confirm and flesh out the documentary evidence.

The only reason Manafort disnt plea out is because he is hoping his corrupt friend Donald will pardon him. Coulda saved that 100 mil…
