Campaigning isn’t cheap. It’s even less cheap when you don’t bother with campaigning and try to overturn an election via the courts instead.

These cases were all tossed for a reason. More than a dozen claiming the same thing (with no evidence) would be frivolous in the real world.

Who is the plaintiff on the cases that got tossed?

Take a look at the transcript to the Georgia. The lawyers in that case admit that the trump campaign supplemented their costs. I think you will find this to be true of all cases that have been filed.

I can’t speak to that. The whole thing has been somewhat confusing to me and I don’t really consider myself to be a dumb bunny.

What I do care about is if there is fraud, it gets exposed and it gets fixed. We, no matter the party, need to have confidence in our election process.

If it turns out there is nothing to it? Good. Does it need to be tweaked? If so, let’s improve it.

To say that discovering that there is or is not merit should lead to disbarment?

That should scare the daylights out of anyone.

I don’t know of any complaint that claims “fraud”. It is a claim with specific legal definitions. There was s a reason that fraud has not been claimed as a cause of action in these cases. The evidence is not there to claim it.

I would suggest that anyone that wants to look into actions that could result in an attorney being disbarred or sanctioned to read Rule 11 of civil procedure.
