It doesn’t matter. They were expecting to have to appeal. It will end up in the Supreme Court.
Pennsylvania couldn’t count their mail votes until AFTER “in person” votes were counted. Trump is a sore loser. He lost; plain & simple.
This is how he got through life: suing people to get his way.

it can be appealed. it cant be refiled but you can always appeal to a higher court
The Supreme Court will not throw out millions of votes and hand Pennsylvania to Trump.
They may not even hear this case.
Especially not now since Trump’s legal team messed them up already by suggesting the Trump appointees to the Court were beholden to him.
The Stupid Coup is coming to and end.
How long that end is only Trump knows.
They can appeal the dismissal to the Third Circuit, where they have a zero chance of success. They can then appeal the dismissal to the Supreme Court, where they also have a zero percent chance of success.
We’ve had Stupid Watergate this year already.
I suppose Stupid Coup had to follow.
