What “sensible limits” have the right proposed?
Six weeks (based on the phony idea there is a “heartbeat” then) and no exceptions for rape and incest are NOT “sensible limits”.

fallenturtle:So 18 U.S. Code § 1111 is unconstitutional?
Psst…
That does not apply to the states.
Within the special maritime and territorial jurisdiction of the United States,
The term “special maritime and territorial jurisdiction of the United States”, as used in this title, includes:
(1)The high seas, any other waters within the admiralty and maritime jurisdiction of the United States and out of the jurisdiction of any particular State,
I’m pretty sure that is just in reference to the punishments listed in that same section:
(b) Within the special maritime and territorial jurisdiction of the United States,
Whoever is guilty of murder in the first degree shall be punished by death or by imprisonment for life;
Whoever is guilty of murder in the second degree, shall be imprisoned for any term of years or for life.
Personally, I think Youngkin’s ideaof 15 week with certain exceptions is sensible. Of coarse it’s not that sensible to the extremists though, so there is that.
Nope—not your fault. Plus, all threads devolve.
Speaking of extremists, seems a few congress criters got themselves arrested during insurrection 2.0.
SixFoot:Some of y’all need cannabis in your lives. You’re way too wound up, way too easily.
I plan on trying cannabis at least one time before I die. The word is that people who smoke it are more susceptible to having covid repeat so I’ll wait.
My research and anecdotes indicate that (especially edible) cannabis prevents, treats, and aids in the recovery of Kung Flu Phlegming. It’s all central to cannabis’ role in homeostasis. Some posters here have also reported alleviated symptoms after ingesting some. I have personally never caught it (unless I am one of the over 60% of the world population who are asymptomatic in its presence). Your mileage may vary. At the end of the day, trust in your own research.

the use of inhaled cannabis increases the progression and severity of the infection. On the other hand, the benefits of cannabinoids seem promising to modulate the immune system, but it needs further studies.

“At will abortion” is something supported by a very small percentage of Americans.

Isn’t at will abortion up to birth the current democratic position?
Precisely. Libs refuse to compromise.

Really? So when do democrats want to cut off abortion? How many weeks?

Why do you think (a really small percentage of) women generally get late-term abortions—that is, after the 21st to 24th week?

Wow. Okay.
WHY…women don’t procrastinate? Or change their minds? Women are always changing their minds…or does my use of word women offends you?

Why would the word “women” offend me?
15 weeks is plenty of time unless health of the mother is at stake.
Well libs are easily offended nowadays.
