How does anyone recognize racists or racism? Come on. 
Well, since racism is an attitude and set of behaviors that gives aware the identity of the racist I look for the behavior and listen for the verbal expression of the attitude. After all, you can’t identify a racist by simply the way they look.
I agree. Individual or System/Institutional actions are how you identify racists/racism.
Racism is an individual human trait, not a systemic trait.

Slavery is the institution of human trafficking and forced servitude for economic gain. There are still slavers and slaves all over the world in it’s various forms. Slavers come from all racial and ethnic groups, as do their slaves.
