If I am concerned about a child injuring themselves, are handcuffs the appropriate restraint?
I vote no, but I’m biased after seeing what Afghans are willing to do to themselves to get out of zip cuffs.

I’ve been handcuffed hundreds of times. They are very easy to seriously injure yourself with.
Imagine if the father had come home to that.
I’m trying not to. I don’t want to be disappointed like that.

No they won’t. They will rationalize it away as “PC” or some such and do it again. They’ve already got their union boss doing it for them.
It would of took 7 adults trained in restraint techniques to use pepper spray to get her in a car?
