Trump was calling Cohen a “good man”…until Cohen flipped. Trump saying someone is a “good man” is just his BS way of appeasing so that they dont spill the beans
Pence was brought into the campaign by his good buddy Paul Manafort sooooo
Good morning Mr President.

Wow, that’s practically fellatiating him. Pardon in the works.
That is the tweet of a ■■■■■■■ mob boss.
How sad is that? It’s like he’s waiting for a royal to wave off his conviction.
That’s all Trump is.
Bunch of idiots put him in power.
I think a Manafort pardon is all but certain. Trump was praising him on twitter this morning.

It definitely seems to be leaning that way. If Trump does, then he will just make things worse for himself and prove what we all already know, that he is a moron.

That would be hilarious

Martin Scorsese couldn’t write dialog any better than this. It’s natural setting is a dark room with long shadows and a mob boss talking to his capos.
I know Trump doesn’t smoke, but it’d help to complete the scene.
You don’t think it’s a major fail that the prosecution failed to prove 10 out of 18 counts?
If they only prosecuted him on the eight counts and convicted on 8 of 8 would that have made a difference?
this so much
couldnt even be bothered to name him while he was signing the defense bill named after McCain but Manafort?well hes a fine people.
Wow…only one juror held out or Manafort would have been convicted on all counts. A Trumpista no doubt.

While Trump has the constitutional authority to pardon anyone, I don’t think he’s smart enough to realize that pardoning someone like Manafort could enhance an obstruction of justice charge against him. Especially if he does it before Manafort’s second trial.

With only 1 juror holding out, I imagine the prosecution is considering a retrial.

I would agree if Manafort had been convicted on all counts, or at least most of them. But no conviction on 10 of 18 makes it somewhat less risky for Trump to do it now, or very soon.
I’m really interested in hearing how many on the jury were for acquittal on the other charges. Will say a lot as to how well the prosecution proved its case. How many of them had reasonable doubt?
How about now. Does this change your mind? Only one, lone holdout, 17 to convict on ALL the remaining charges.
With only 1 juror holding out, I imagine the prosecution is considering a retrial.
Eh, you can only go to jail for so long and most sentences are served concurrently anyway.
Manafort cant be looking forward to the DC jury.
Think the judge will be influenced in his sentencing?
