One and Only Chauvin-Floyd Murder Trial Thread

You know, you could just read two posts down from the one you quoted.

I’m sure that those who will engage in destruction
and violence if they don’t like the verdict are counting on influencing the judge and jury with that threat.

Hmmm
You mean kinda like Cons after the last Presidential election?.

Stand by for “it was the libs”.

No. Kinda like the fire, looting, and utter destruction that I believe @Jamerican has in mind.

The looting and rioting has no bearing on Chauvin’s guilt or innocence. If it is impressed upon the jury by the prosecution that beyond a reasonable doubt he murdered Floyd, they’ll find him guilty. Same goes for the defense in finding him innocent. Ask Zimmerman and Cosgrove.

Stay on topic please.

Four days into it and I could only watch a little Monday. Who’s winning?

According to the top Minneapolis Homicide Detective Lt. Richard Zimmerman, leaning on someone’s neck after they’ve been cuffed is not, in fact, department polciy.

Defense haven’t even started.

Sarcasm meter calibration time.

Oops
:sunglasses:

Just sayin’- everytime I see Chauvin’s smug mug looking at the camera while kneeling on George Floyd’s neck - I hope the jury sees what I see. I think they do.

So what’s it going to be?

I watched all last week, and saw every cell, body cam video. Chauvin is guilty of murder. There’s no reason on this earth that passing a counterfeit bill is a death sentence.

Today the jury was shown that video from the bystanders camera appeared to show tbe officer’s knee on the neck. But another closer camera showed for the exactly same time stamp that actually his knee was on Floyd’s shoulder.

No one said it is. Only people trying to create lies would suggest that the restraint was caused by the initial crime of counterfeiting.

The restraint was caused by resisting arrest. Ask your science teacher.
