This is pretty weak dude.

Sure sounds a lot like depraved indifference murder.

So is the justification for burning, looting, murder and mayhem because a suspect died during or subsequently after an encounter with the police. The officer(s) have been dismissed, charged and are being tried for their crimes. After all the “social justice” insanity of last year what has improved? Race relations? The dirt bags in DC are still persistent advancing the “white supremacy/ racist” narratives.

No no no explain to me why Australians would be burning down Melbourne over an Aussie chick murdered by cops in Minneapolis and justice was rapidly delivered.

That is my thought on it.

He showed a complete disregard for Floyd’s life and well being.

The EMT begging him to start CPR, that’s the clincher.

Chauvin needs to rot in jail. He lost control of situation and his anger. Imagine yourself as one of the witness to that scene. How would you plead with the cop to release or relax the knee to the neck? After minutes of unheard pleading, you may change to anger and scream.

I don’t know about the partner. Maybe he felt he needs to protect his partner no matter what. I see on the guy face that he sense something is not right. He just failed to act.

Legally police are not required to “Help” citizens.

Chauvin is look pretty guilty so far.

so far? the video has been around for almost a year. he is guilty on the day the video is seen.

Unfortunately, tossing a coin will provide more consistent verdicts than from a jury trial.

It’s in the video. “Tough guy”

That is incorrect.

Police are only required to enforce laws, not help or protect citizens.

Unfortunately, he is mostly right.

In this case, Floyd was in custody, and was owed a legal duty.

You are incorrect. Floyd was in custody.

Which is the case at hand.

That’s why I said “In this case…”

Yep. He was in custody the moment they handcuffed him.
