My bad. Resisting arrest is worthy of a death sentence I guess.
I see a lot of anti-maskers openly resist arrest,
none of them were killed.
but they tend to be white.
There is a very simple explanation as to why there is this apparent discrepancy.
It is a hazard that accompanies the decision to resist. Choices have unintended consequences.
Thatâs not what the Police Chief or ER physician said.
You must have missed the part where the chief admitted under oath that the body camera showed Chauvinâs knee on the thugâs shoulder. The lawyer thus proved that the chiefâs opinion was based on what he called âcamera biasâ or âcamera perspective biasâ since the chief admitted he formed his negative opinion based on the one view from the bystanderâs camera. Pay attention. The jury saw this so it doesnât matter that you want to deny it.
And the ER doctor was 1) not there and 2) not the official source of the cause of death.
Many think so. Itâs the popular opinion.

Agreed. but itâs not a free pass for cops to murder. or is it?
Accidental or even negligent death is not murder. You have been lied to. The thug resisted arrest after committing a crime. He suffered a consequence for that.
The officerâs attorney proved yesterday that eyes seeing the scene from a different angle saw something else. Even the black police chief who fired all the officers before facts were known had to agree.
Negligent homicide, when coupled with evincing a depraved mind, without regard for human life is Murder in the Third Degree, according to Minnesota law.

And yet, thatâs what Chauvin is charged with.

Have they established a prior relationship between Chauvin and Floyd?
Did they work together as bouncers?
I think this is an important point.
With the officerâs knee actually being on his shoulder rather than his neck how do you think thatâs gonna work out?
Why do you think that makes a difference?
