Holy crap this man is a complete moron. What an idiot.

What exactly do you think America is?
Because I don’t know how you can think it’s pro american when you arguee that half of the country is evil and wants to destroy you.

That doesn’t sound"Pro America" to me

White House aides said the Republican convention would show off hope and optimism. How does this sound?

We had to go to work this morning. Enjoy your break and Trump’s extended UE benefits.

Like a minute and a half of snips from a two hour convention, which was uplifting and refreshing. Sorry it exposed the libs, but that’s part of it too.

Sounds like the Democrats convention to me!

Kids are at school now after a good night’s sleep. No need to stay up late when the winning team’s highlights will be available today.

Judging by the lib frothing, it was a good day 1.

Yeah…they did throw in a dose of reality. What’s happening in Minneapolis, Portland, Seattle and other Democrat cities around the country…is scary.

I don’t want to be locked up in my home. I’m a grown, mature man. I can make my own calls. I can take precautions necessary to minimize my exposure. I don’t need the government to be authoritarian.

Biden represents these Democrat cities and the type of govenment that has got them to where they are now. I want NOTHING to do with that…and will fight against it.

Totally! Have a great day at work!

I wonder why the other the other threads remained replete with conservatives and Trump supporters. May be those weren’t blocked while they were at work? Yeah that’s it!

Interesting read. Fact-checking the conventions…

MSNBC and CNN cut away from live coverage of the Republican National Convention several times on Monday night in order to fact-check claims made by speakers. Fox News also cut away from several speeches, but didn’t fact-check claims as aggressively.

MSNBC, CNN and Fox News all cut away from Vernon Jones, a Democrat from the Georgia State House of Representatives and someone who Republicans were particularly excited about tonight, during his speech in the first hour of the RNC.

Fox News cut away from several speeches, including Turning Point USA’s Charlie Kirk’s speech in the beginning of the night, Gaetz and Guilfoyle.

  • The move drew ire from Trump supporters, including former Trump campaign manager Brad Parscale, who is now a senior advisor to the campaign.
  • “Can’t believe I have to watch the convention on @CNN . Unbelievable. @FoxNews,” Parscale tweeted.

Yes, but: There’s a concern that networks could appear biased against conservatives if they cut away from live convention programming to fact-check the RNC, but not the DNC.

  • But fact-checkers say they have no choice, given the imbalance of truth-telling between the two conventions.
  • I think it’s important for objective journalists to note how wildly imbalanced the dishonesty is between the current parties. This one half-night of Republican programming so far has been exponentially more dishonest than the entire four nights of the Democratic convention,” Dale tweeted.

Looks less like frothing and more like pointing and laughing. I hope every day of RNC is like this, it’ll surely win over voters. :joy:

I can see why you would need to believe that. It’s only 4 more years, relax. lol

What the hell is a “bodyguard of Western Civilization”?

Im very relaxed. Im also pointing and laughing.

That’s the spirit. Cope while you can.

The RNC can help my coping with having more of yesterdays entertainment today. :joy:

Exactly - It’s possible to believe several things about the virus. It’s possible to see it as a serious issue. It is. It’s also possible at the same time to recognize that it’s an election year, that everything in an election year is politicized and that using the virus to create a little extra chaos to make the country’s leader look bad is actually a political strategy.

I’m a believer in Scott Atlas’s philosophy of the virus - Take every possible measure to take care of the people who need to be taken care of but the rest of us need to get on with our lives…Shutting this country down, which Biden just said he would do again, benefits no one. American’s need to function and to work and to have a chance to prosper. Trump’s response to the virus was in my opinion not all that bad. If it is discovered at some point that some of these case numbers and death numbers have been padded and misreported I won’t be surprised…In the meantime Trump made that announcement about the plasma on Sunday, sounds promising, the administration is working to fast track treatments and vaccines, sounds good…I’ve posted this in other threads and no leftist has ever responded…But when asked by Joy Reid what he would do differently Biden offered 6 things…All of which Trump had already done. Karl Rove: Biden's 'lazy' responses on coronavirus ignore what's already being done by Trump | Fox News.

The reality is leftists have no idea what they would have done differently or better…and the only real strategy the left has offered is to shut everything and everyone down, ruining lives, livelihoods, creating alternative health problems, I heard there’s been a major increase in teenagers considering suicide while their being shut out of school and stuck at home.

Lib’s are becoming pretty transparent in their desire to manipulate the virus for their own political gain…I think it’s disgusting.

No It’s quite literally not the only option.

There is a thread on this board which specifically outlines what the left would have liked to be done. Not sure if you participated in that thread.
