Literally copied it off the chyron. No, there are no individuals arrested, and itās a civil suit, not criminal. She was just elaborating about the foundations of the suit.
It is inaccurate. I watched most of the press conference live. Her allegations are against individuals. I didnāt see any āMove to Dissolveā.
One does not dissolve an organization for individual or even officer acts of malfeasance in which they defrauded the actual organization.
If this is the case, the members of the NRA are the victims, not the state of NY.
āThe NRAās influence has been so powerful that the organization went unchecked for decades while top executives funneled millions into their own pockets,ā James said in a statement announcing the lawsuit. āThe NRA is fraught with fraud and abuse, which is why, today, we seek to dissolve the NRA, because no organization is above the law.ā
From her press conference today.

LOL I donāt think thatās up his alley.
What? Quit and give up on all those NRA funded safaris and golf memberships? And is his wife expected to do her own hair and makeup?

That would seem to be unlikely.

Mod Note
The topic of this thread is the NRA and the NY AG. Please stay on topic.
Again.
This thread is not about whether or not NY is boarded up.
