What do you mean, huh? I was perfectly clear. Those least likely to self-test are also least likely to self-quarantine. People who are inclined to test if they don’t feel well are most likely to do every thing they can to not infect others whether they test or not.
Don’t play stupid. That’s not how government spending works.

Sure. But if there is increased access to testing, then even more of those people who are inclined to test/quarantine would do so. Therefore decreasing the risk of infection. It’s an overall sum gain even if the bozos who don’t test or quarantine continue to do so.

Of course not, but given that we are going through a pandemic of an extremely contagious virus I figured testing for Covid would be a good idea and I am glad I did.
