Cummings represents Baltimore, but also Howard County, which is pretty white and affluent (Columbia/Ellicott City named one of the best places in the country to live; third in the country for household income). I’m sure they appreciate being called filthy and rat-infested.

I see what you’re saying. It’s the people who criticize him he tweets about having to go back, and that their districts are filthy and loaded with vermin. So of the 235 Dem US congressmen he focuses on the uppity Somali refugee, the two uppity muslims, the uppity Puerto Rican, the uppity you know what from Baltimore, and the Speaker of the House. I understand.

Not just, he’ll start it. But he’s usually lashing back. And crudely.

Remember Pelosi said he needed an intervention (and something else I can’t remember) and then a day later or whatever he storms out of the meeting and went off?

This just seems…so ridiculous. They didn’t want someone that would “punch back”, they wanted someone that would build a wall and ban all Muslims. Everyone else in the GOP primaries was too soft and they had someone that would “tell it like it is”

MSNBC is reporting that this morning there was a Fox News story about the bad neighborhoods in Baltimore and it was shortly it aired that Trump put out these tweets.

Fox and Friends has more control over policy and the President’s behavior than his own Cabinet does. We are reminded of this each and every day.
