Justice Alito flew an upside down flag as he

No one has said any such thing.

A political flag flew a the house of a SC justice. The equivalent of a justice applauding at the SOTUA. It’s noteworthy.

He offered an explanation - his wife did it.

And here we are.

his wife did do it. so what should he do? instruct his wife to behave better?

If you don’t even know who Sam Alito is, maybe you should research this before letting the NY Times do your thinking for you?

He should admit that it is understandable that people would question a SC justice flying a political symbol that many associate with the J6 riots and explain - as he has - how it got there, and move on.

Biden recently promised to select “progressive” justices to the Supreme Court. Are you sure Democrats want impartial justices? If they do, they cannot vote for Biden.

:rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::+1:t4:

In Texas V Pennsylvania (2020), in which Texas filed on behalf of the Trump campaign to invalidate or delay 4 swing states’ electoral votes, the Court said Texas lacked standing and denied the suit. There were 2 dissents.

Guess who the 2 were? Take a WILD guess.

They want partisan lib nutjobs is what they want.

Until their lib extremist Justices recuse themselves from issues like LGBTQ nonsense and abortion where they are 100 percent biased then a conservative recusing themself should be OFF the table!

no, he hasn’t, and has no reason to admit anything he did not do is understandable for anything

Because the dems are so corrupt they are trying to take out Trump with BS in court.

The fact that dems are OK with this is very scary! They are tyrants in thier hearts…

and the dissents were correct

That’s not why I posted that. Floydefisher said Alito voted along with the rest of the Justices when in fact he and Thomas did not. Whether or not you find his ruling correct is beside the point.

You apparently misread or misunderstood Floydefisher’s post. He said that Alito voted along with the rest not to overturn the 2020 election. Voting that Texas had standing to sue is not voting to overturn the 2020 election.

Libs are just working overtrime to convince themselves that being triggered here is legitimate.

Like you said before, it’s only ever a matter of time before libs start with the, “Get back in the kitchen, woman!” or “Get pushed into the river, Jews!”
