Justice Alito flew an upside down flag as he

…considered hearing a 2020 case, which Alito thought they should.

Inverted flags were used by J6 rioters. and had become a symbol of the ‘stop the steal’ movement.

The longstanding ethics code for the lower courts, as well as the recent one adopted by the Supreme Court, stresses the need for judges to remain independent and avoid political statements or opinions on matters that could come before them.

Unreal.

court cases losing traction - go after the SC!

This doesn’t take away from the fact that Sinbad did in fact star in a movie about a genie called Shazaam! Many have tried to make you forget or doubt your recollection, but I will never forget!

Don’t forget about Kazaam with Shaq too.

What a run of movies.

Don’t hand me that lie.

All this is true, and I remember that movie from my original reality. It’s a real shame that this reality doesn’t have it. There’s a distinct lack of culture here.

And also, don’t let any of this distract you from the fact that in 1966, Al Bundy scored four touchdowns in a single game while playing for Polk High School in the Chicago city championship. He scored that game-winning touchdown in the final seconds against his old nemesis, Bubba “Spare Tire” Dixon.

Sure, but did you know that Hector is going to be running three Honda civics with spoon engines, and on top of that, he just went into Harry’s and bought three t66 turbos with nos, and a motec exhaust system?

My friend’s dad was in that movie.

I am with you on that.

Isn’t a bit weird/creepy for someone to stalk a justice’s private residence and take photos to be made public ?

Not if they’re conservative.

The photos were taken by neighbors apparently.

But is it appropriate to publicize them ?

Btw, what’s up with these conservative justices’ wives ? First Clarence Thomas’s wife engages in some stupid ■■■■■ now Alito’s is apparently also a firebrand. Maybe that’s where their leaning to the right comes from

It’s what they do. Redefining words is the only way they can make their point. They have a long tradition of doing this.

And just now coming to light? Are the pictures time stamped? It’s not like flying an upside down flag is that hard to stage.

The flag has been flown upside down for decades as a protest. Do to the libignorance of some, it all began on J6. :sunglasses: :tumbler_glass:

Alito said in a statement emailed to the Times that he “had no involvement whatsoever in the flying of the flag” and that it was “briefly placed by Mrs. Alito in response to a neighbor’s use of objectionable and personally insulting language on yard signs.”

So he admits it was real, but blames his wife. What a guy.
