I read the Mueller report.

There was plenty of collusion spelled out in it.

What they didn’t have was enough evidence of a criminal conspiracy.

Manafort was the campaign manager that turned over inside Party data to Russian Intelligence… funny how some just shrug that one off like no big deal.
