We all know that Russia was trying to help the Trump campaign. That’s not a conspiracy theory, that’s the conclusion of anyone who has seriously investigated the matter.
Whether their actions changed the outcome of the election is simply a matter of opinion regarding the effectiveness of their actions. Clapper feels very strongly about his opinion. But that’s not a conspiracy theory.
The intel doesn’t say otherwise. The intelligence agencies specifically avoided taking any position on this specific point.
We all know Russia was trying to help the Hillery Campaign. We also know it was all an attempt, and given the way nut job liberals are behaving, quite successful, to disrupt and undermine the election process.

Whats your point? We do not even know if the DNC servers were hacked by Russia, sense the DNC refused to allow the FBI to examine the servers. Without such examination, all we have is the DNC and a hired company, that supports the democrats, word for it. Their word amounts to diddly squat in a court of law. Hearsay evidence is just bumpkiss.
