I don’t like to second guess too much. But I wonder why the captain would fly under these conditions? It was clearly an unsafe environment. To me it would have made more sense to wait a day or two to see what happens. This isn’t the first time this has happened…

I guess the plane was flying because …OOPS… now lets ask why they are a country we should be terrified of… yeah… that’s cool.

Put yourself in the position of the captain. Would you have flown in an obvious unsafe condition?

I think that the whole “Oops” thing when talking about innocent people dying is pretty crass.

Also the premise is ■■■■■■ up.

There is no doubt that the US would be able to best Iran militarily. But looking at the past couple of decades of war and occupation in the Middle East, the criticism of stumbling into a war with Iran is one of if it is of any value to the US.

Hint… it isn’t.

Yet they had to be done. 4 American diplomats were killed. You cannot walk away from that without an investigation. Right?

And Hillary lying to the families at the ceremony didn’t help her cause.

It is probably the single biggest factor in Hillary’s loss. So it was all worth it in the end.

And that is what happens when the President of the USA decides to agree to allow the Iranian military to have a staged military fit at the expense of US Military bases in Iran. Nobody apparently said to the Airport in Tehran…hey…hold some flights for the time being…We got some Rockets with their Red Glare going off toward Iraq.

200 plus people died…and this on on Iraq and on the US…for playing staged war games with live weapons.
